We're a small, opinionated team in Calgary building AI, automation, custom software, and managed cloud for operators in oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, fintech, and agri. We hire slowly. We value craft over titles, ownership over compliance, and outcomes over volume.

Who we want to hear from
- Senior engineers with a track record of shipping AI-native products end-to-end. Polyglot, opinionated, and good in front of clients.
- Operators-turned-builders who've sat on the customer side of AI deployment and know what good actually looks like in production.
- Designers who care about systems, motion, and why a product feels right — not just how it looks.
How we work
- Calgary office, hybrid by default. Mountain Time, business hours.
- Senior-only; no support layer. Everyone ships.
- Real engineering: typed code, code review, observability, on-call rotation.
- Outcome-driven engagements with senior client stakeholders.
- Quarterly retros, real budgets for learning and tooling.
